About the Artist
One of the intentions of my art is to capture the essence of my home town and the embodiment of human emotion.
Moments of waiting, feeling peace, wonder, contemplation, isolation, anticipation, healing, comfort -- home.
My home is by the ocean, surrounded by hills. Each holds its own steadfast beauty.
Emotional transformation -- the figure and nature combine in my work that may bring peace or concern.
I invite the viewer to approach my work with their hearts open and respond to it with even the smallest stirring of emotion.
